In the hotel industry; bathtubs, tile and countertops receive much more use and abuse over residential fixtures. These fixtures, with constant use, must be maintained and presentable for guests staying at the hotel.
With as much use as these tubs, tile and countertops receive; surfaces inevitably break down and lose their luster. When cleaning is no longer a viable solution, there are two choices; replace or refinish.
